Konfliktmanagement

• Konflikt: Interessen & Erwartungen (z.B. Ressourcenansprüche), Zielsetzungen oder Wertvorstellungen von Personen oder Personengruppen sind oder scheinen miteinander unvereinbar
•      (nicht ignorierbarer äußerer/innerer „Konfliktreiz“)
• Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung von Konflikten bzw. einer Ausbreitung bzw. Eskalation eines bestehenden Konfliktes
• systematische Auseinandersetzung mit dem Konflikt ( Konfliktberatung, Mediation, …) zur Reduktion des Konfliktkosten (materielle Konfliktschäden), der zwischenmenschlichen Verletzungen (emotionale & psychische Konfliktschäden) und des Vertrauensverlustes 

Conflict management

• activities to prevent conflicts and/or a spreading and/or. escalation of an existing conflict
• systematic investigation of conflict (Conflict consultation, mediation, ...) to reduce conflict costs (monetary loss by the conflict), and interpersonal psychological injuries (emotional & psychological loss by the conflict) and the loss of trust
