Project closure

• is the last phase is in the project approach before handover of the project object (to operation team) to project customer/client
• includes acceptance procedure (approval/acceptance log), project completion analysis (reflection of the project approach, lessons learned, where appropriate project  report, transfer experiences from project work to learning organization, where appropriate post-calculation), final documentation and project closure (discharge of project team, return of used resources to main organization) 

Projektende & Projektabschluss

• ist die letzte Phase im Projektverlauf vor der Übergabe des Projektgegenstandes in die Nutzung (an das Operation Team) durch den Projektauftraggeber / die Kunden des Projektgegenstandes
• Umfasst die Abnahme des Projektgegenstandes (ggf. Abnahmeprotokoll), Projektabschlussanalyse (Reflektion des Projektablaufes, Lessons learned, ggf. Projektabschlussbericht, Erfahrungssicherung, ggf. Nachkalkulation), Abschlussdokumentation und Projektauflösung (Entlastung des Projektteams, Rückführung der Einsatzmittel in die Stammorganisation)
